Hi all,
Well I have been riding a lot and really...REALLY enjoying my bike! I have been asked by so many people about my bike that I can't count. Bents are VERY ODD where I live. Anyhow, along with putting lots of miles on it(more than 1,350 since 6/13/04) and I have been modifying my bike to fit what i need it to do. (And to make it look better with some black paint) My latest mod is lighting to take care of our shorter days<img...

A number of people suggest that shorter cranks often help with knee pain. What type of pain are we talking about?

I over strained the ligament behind the left side of my left knee a number of years ago. I recently swapped the 175's on my MTB to 170's, an like them a lot better. My last bent was a LWB - low BB with 170's....
